The current website and waitlist are intended for parents, expecting parents and adult caregivers, not for children to use directly. Please do not submit a child’s name, contact details, medical records or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist form. The optional age field asks only for a broad age range.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
