1. About these terms
HeyMumma is a parenting platform being developed and operated by Aeran Technologies. By accessing this website, submitting the early-access form or otherwise using the current HeyMumma service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit the waitlist form.
2. Early-access service
The current HeyMumma website provides information about a product in development and lets eligible users express interest in early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, a particular feature or continued availability.
We may change, test, pause or discontinue any part of the website, waitlist or future early-access programme.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to join the waitlist. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when reasonably necessary.
You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person.
- Interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or bypass security controls.
- Use automated means to scrape, overload or misuse the website.
- Submit information you do not have the right to provide.
- Submit a child’s identifying details, medical records or other sensitive information through the waitlist form.
4. Communications
When you join the waitlist, you ask us to contact you about HeyMumma, including product updates, research opportunities, launch information and early-access invitations. You can opt out at any time by following an unsubscribe instruction where provided or emailing enquiry@heymumma.in.
5. Not medical or professional advice
The website and any early-access materials are provided for general information only. They are not medical, diagnostic, emergency, legal or other professional advice and are not a substitute for qualified professional care.
For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns or treatment decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The HeyMumma name, branding, website design, text, graphics, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Aeran Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the website or its content except where the law expressly permits it.
7. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and early-access service are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or suitable for every purpose, or that any feature will be released.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeran Technologies and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the website or waitlist.
Our total liability relating to the current free website and waitlist will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that service in the previous twelve months or INR 1,000. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to the website or remove a waitlist submission if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the service is being misused, or action is needed to protect HeyMumma, our users or others.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum available to you under applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as HeyMumma develops. The revised terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
